The company was established in 1999 as an authorized sales and services representative of L&T Plastics Auxiliary Equipments for the state of Maharashtra and Goa.

The equipments are manufactured by L&T Plastics Machinery Limited at their state-of-the-art manufacturing unit at Chennai.
